Dr. Wertish is an expert in chiropractic care, whole food nutrition, diet counseling and exercise plans. He specializes in a root-cause resolution approach to chiropractic care and overall well-being to ensure lifelong health and vitality. He works closely with his patients to achieve their health goals by uncovering and treating the underlying causes of pain and discomfort instead of just masking symptoms. Restoring proper function and getting patients out of pain is done through a combination of chiropractic care, physiotherapy procedures, physical rehabilitation, spinal traction, soft tissue mobilization and nutritional counseling.

As many people know firsthand, the conventional medicine approach of looking at and treating individual organs isn't solving our health concerns. By looking at the body as a whole and understanding how each system interacts and communicates with one another, Dr. Wertish is able to provide his patients with a holistic approach to health and healing that works. He specializes in creating customized care plans for each unique individual, and he makes it his personal goal to help every patient achieve optimum health so they can keep doing the things they love to do.

When he's not in the office, you can likely find Dr. Wertish enjoying the outdoors (hunting, fishing, camping and wake surfing, to name a few), or in the gym working on his fitness. As a true believer in the power of whole foods, Dr. Wertish also enjoys shopping at local farmers' markets and checking out some of the great farm-to-table restaurants in the Twin Cities.
