Answers 

1) Do you take a multi-vitamin or omega 3 supplement every day?

Yes… Ideally, you should take both. Omega-3s are important for heart and brain health, and since we don’t get all the nutrients we need from food, multivitamins ensure that we get the vitamins that are crucial for functioning.

2) Have you gained fewer than 3 pounds this year?

Yes…. As you age, your metabolism slows. Gaining fewer than 3 pounds can be a sign that you’re not letting your slow metabolism take over.

3) Do you eat red meat fewer than 3 times per week?

Yes… Red meat is high in saturated fat, and too much fat and cholesterol can be bad for the heart. It’s also been linked to a shorter lifespan.

4)      Do you have breakfast within 2 hours of waking up?

Yes… This timing is so important because it helps fat burning hormones in check. Research shows you’ll have an easier time sticking to your diet and be less likely to eat a lot later

5)      Do you get me time of at least “10 minutes per day”?

Yes… Alone time takes you away from the stresses of everyday life and allows you to relax, which can help lower your stress hormones

6)      Do you stop watching Tv at least 2 hours before bed?

Yes… Start winding down and shutting off technology a few hours before bedtime.

Yes…. Spices like cumin, oregano and curry not only pack flavor, they also have healthy healing qualities

Yes… Having a late-afternoon coffee or other caffeinated beverage may disrupt your sleep pattern
